Additional flavorings are available and the combinations are limitless. These are just the most frequent requested. Our designer/baker is flexible and will meet your needs.
Please be advised: Our cakes are created in a kitchen where nuts and eggs are used. Should you have an allergy to these, please inform your designer and accomodations can be made.
Fresh fruits are dependent on season and prices subject to current market price.
Liquor flavorings are also available. Real liquor is used unless otherwise requested to use "faux extract". Not all liquor flavorings are available in the "faux". The majority of the liquor content does bake out during the heat process.

- a delighfully sweet frosting made with real butter, powdered sugar and our bakers secret ingredient making this an all time favorite
- used as a filling with numerous flavoring options
- Ganache
- this French inspired emulsification/suspension of the finest cream and chocolate is so versatile as a frosting and glaze
- Numerous flavorings and liquors can be added
Our designer prefers to cover cakes with this satiny smooth creation providing the finest finish alone or in conjunction with fondant
